I am available to work for you and your home selling/buying needs NOW. This is important as I will never be required to put another job ahead of your needs. I am never too busy to help my clients.
For me communication is key, I will always keep in touch with you and keep you updated on the progress of your transaction. I use phone text, voice mail, Email, even chat via Facebook. How we communicate is up to you.
I Talk the talk and Walk the walk. If I tell you I am going to do something I will always give you a time frame it will be completed in and it will be done, and you will be notified upon completion.
Experience is easily one of the 10 things that set me apart from the competition. I have been a Real Estate broker for 6 years and in that time have closed 60 deals, this is more than most 10-20-year brokers have done in their entire career (the average real estate agent closes 2-3 transactions a year).
This will sound strange but not all Real Estate agents own their own home, I do and believe it is important to do so in order to you give sound home buying and selling advice.
I know that you are busy, and your time is very important to me. In order to ensure that you are able to view the homes you are interested in I will preview homes for you. I don’t just walk through a home, I also carry a GoPro camera and take a video of the entire interior and exterior of the home. I then provide you with a Private YouTube link so that you can view the home. This allows you to see homes in a timely manner and narrow down your focus to the home that is just right for you.
I treat every transaction, buyer or seller, as if it is million-dollar luxury home.
- For my sellers, this means professional photography, high quality print marketing and an open house. It also means that I will treat your home properly, this is where you have made memories and they deserve to be preserved and treated with respect during the process. You deserve the best!
- For my buyers, your new home – whether the first, third or last, is more important than anything else. I will work my hardest to ensure you get what you want. You will be set up to receive listings that are available for sale based on your criteria for the home you are looking for and the price you wish to see. As you determine which home you would like to view I will set up showings that will allow you to view these homes. This will continue until we have you under contract for the home of your dreams.

- Just recently I was able to get my buyers into their NEW CONSTRUCTION home for $38k less than what the builder was asking for. Also, when my buyer needed to have the appraiser come out a second time, I convinced the lender that due to circumstances they should be responsible for the additional cost. That alone was $700 that my buyers did not have to pay out of pocket.
- For my sellers, I can sell just about anything. I have sold Short Sell homes, homes in foreclosure and I even sold a home that had been completely gutted by fire. I know my business and can typically estimate the value of a home to within $5,000.00 so if I recommend a price for your home you can count on getting at least that if not more.
Continuing education is very important to me and the state of Colorado requires all brokers to meet minimum education standards. I, however, value real estate education beyond what is required and try to attend real estate classes monthly to stay abreast of the latest housing trends, state requirements and new policies. I also attend technology conferences and local meet ups to understand the newest marketing ideas and trends available.
I am a Second-generation Coloradan. I was born and raised here in the Denver metro area and know the area very well, this allows me to navigate around the areas of congestion.
